Cricket is no longer a gentleman`s game. It is spoiled by corruption, dirty politics and undeserving corporate pampering. It`s a game played by the British masters with their former colonies.
Let`s encourage other games.

Why should the game suffer, just because a group of people "ALLEGEDLY" bet on the outcome of matches & Woolmers was "ALLEGEDLY" strangled (you weren't there so you can't say for sure he was). Just because we have seen it on t.v, doesn't mean it is true. If he was strangled, punish the strangler, don't punish the game.

I got thumbs down. Must be from Woolmers murderer.

What a lot of nonsense. Sad as it is that Woolmer died, the game is a lot more than one man. Do you think he would appreciate the destruction of a tournament in a game he loved is a suitable memorial to him?

Some serious action to eliminate the canker of illegal bookmaking would be a much better memorial.

Yes, I just said to my husband this afternoon that they should at the very least postpone the cup until his murders come forward. It is a disgrace that they can just carry on like this with blood on their hands...
