It's sad, and I really feel for you. But here is something you may not be aware of, nearly everyone has body image issues! Even the girls with the most beautiful body, still have something they are not happy with.
I'm not over weight, or underweight, but I still strongly dislike my body and wouldn't show it off.
Is there anything you like about yourself? Maybe your hair? Your eyes? Your boobs? Embrase that!
Say you have the most prettiest eyes, look at yourself in the mirror and say out loud- 'I am beautiful' 'I have the most stunning eyes'. Use make up to show that.
One of my best friends is over weight, she doesn't let her hold it back. She can see that her eyes are her strenght, she wears really nice eye shadow and her eyes look amazing!
Also, try and find clothes that flatter your body shape. Take a friend, (if possible a brutally honest one) shopping with you. Ask her for her opinion. Also when you put on something in the changing rooms if you don't automatically go 'OMG! I love this!' then don't waste your time!
Surround yourself with nice people who will give you positive comments.
Also maybe if you obesity isn't related to a medical condition, or either way, get out and do some exercise. Go for a 30min brisk walk everyday and remove atleast 200calories from your diet and you will see some results!
Good luck! And Love yourself!!

I too know exacaly what you are going through. I Have been obese since I was a child. I allways thought that I was normal size untill people are quite happy to point out that I am not. I recently got that depressed that I was thinking horrid thoughts. At the end of the day I thought that if I was to dissapear the only person I would be hurting would be myself as everyone seemed to hate obese people. I finally went to my doctor to discuss weight loss as at the end of the day this is the thing that is making me unhappy and unconfident..I took a drastic measure and had lap band surgury I have lost only 19 kgs so far but this is enough to boost my confidence.Only 2 weeks after the surgery I have met people that comment that I have lost weight. This has done wonders to my confidence which in turn inspires me to lose more weight. I honestly didn't think that I could loose weight and get my confidence back but I did. I'm not saying to have surgery but try to loose some weight. All I can do is offer you support in by saying that if I can do it you can, and I believe in you.
Good luck in your struggle.

You can handle your problem :
- Keep your self esteem up
Keep a list of your strength and look at it daily. Tell yourself loudly your strengths everyday, first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.
- Bring your chubby down
Eat alkaline food. Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

not everyone hates you- the truth is that most people are overweight- in some cultures it's even considered to be more attractive than being thin- you need to however make sure youre fit and healthy- obese people are often depressed because thier bodies dont have the energy they need to function properly- start with small steps, and be consistent- see excercise as a reward and not a punisment- even though this sounds cliche- beauty does come from within- insecurity is very unattractive- you need to accept and love yourself

If you are obese, most people feel that it's your fault for being that way. You do not fit societies norms, when it comes to weight.I can understand why you would be suffering from low self confidense and depression.
You have two options, stay the size you are and find others like you, to help with your emotional outlook or try to lose the weight and "fit in" with what most people consider "average".

Unfortunately Obesity is the last acceptable prejudice. Which is odd as they say some 50% of Americans are overweight. Good luck and like yourself for you.

because now everyone is portraying obesity as some sort of fatal disgusting disease (in some cases yea it is but not many) so people probably see you as unhealthy and sick...
the world is screwed up these days
try exercising more just so you feel and know you ARE healthy also act confident and people will look past your weight

i know it is important to be liked by everyone. But, everyone starts with yourself. Be happy and enjoy life. God made us all different. God only give us what we can handle and you can handle this. Like yourself first and other will be able to look beyond the obesisty. Good luck.
