i've installed my webcam.. and it does show an image.. but its too blurry.. like just way too blurry.. but its not like its completely black.. is it bcoz i've zoomed too much.. or something? please tell me.. and
i cant even check my devices because it shows something liek this :

yes, that focus ring did help a bit. But its still blurred.

Un-install and then re-install. Do you know there is a focus ring around the lens of the camera, well 99.9% of the time.

what type of webcam do u have???
try re-installing like the other answer or try cleaning the lens
