I used to bank with Lloyds, but I got horrendously into debt (mostly with them) so I started a Debt Management Plan and swapped to another bank.
I have two accounts still open with Lloyds with some money in, but they are obviously frozen and I cant use them. I pay money every month to my debt but obviously stil in arrears with them. Before I changed banks, I had got a few charges for being overdrawn etc etc, not many to be fair but also have had charges for being late on payments with debt - I dont know if that can be claimed back.
I just wondered if I send one of those letters to Lloyds asking for my charges back, what will they do because I owe them money.
Does this question make sense? I hope so.
