How do I get my computer to stop showing "NOT RESPONDING" and then not working. It does this CONSTANTLY?

this means you have to many processes running at the same time, go to Task Manager, via

Cntrl Alt and Delete (All togerhter)

then you need to see the processes. and delete ones that dont need to be there.

Add more RAM, upgrade to at least XP, remove any background tasks from your system tray and startup folder.
Run a virus scan and anti-spyware scan.
