Tuna in his prime was great. i think he lost his edge and was to soft when he coached in dallas. For those who don't like T.O., or don't think he's great your stupid. He still caught more touch downs than anyone else in the league last year, with a broken hand. Yes he dropped to many balls but he is still a premure receiver. Wade is an unknown, whether he's another yes man or a great defensive mind will be found out early. The only spot i'm concerned about is QB. Romo is still as much as an unknown as Wade, started great and ended the season weak. If Wade can get the defense fixed up and Romo can play above average theres no reason why the Cowboys can't find their way through a weak NFC to the Superbowl. Good combo at RB, WR, and the rest isn't bad either.

I think Tuna ran things his way. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for the Cowboys. I believe Phillips is going to be another " yes Mr. Jones" coach who won't get it done either. I think if Jones truly wants this team to be the best again he will have to bring in a fresh new coach and let him run things. Although they only made the playoffs twice with Parcells, I think he is the better of the two "old school" coaches and it will be a dismal season under Phillips.

It matters Tuna ran his own show that goes without saying.
Phillips im afraid is gonna be another figure head in dallas next season but they've pulled it off before with a weak coach.
I'll have more of an opinion once i get a look at T.O.it matters
Tuna is the better coach hands down

Phillips will be about as successful as Chan Gailey was. He will not be allowed to have final say on personnel decisions like Parcells did. Jones is too involved from a football standpoint, and should let the coach be a coach.

tuna was washed up in dallas-he never addressed T.O. and is a little over-rated alltime. if norwood made that kick in the 90 superbowl he would`nt have been thought of in the same way.
phillips will do great things for the boys defense and thats exactly what they need for a chance to win it all

Dallas is so washed up with the with the coaches they pick. I don't understand why they pick all those all old coaches. They need new school coaches. And more then one good reciever.(t.o) They need a quality quarterback. I don't foresee them making the Superbowl for a very long time.
