wireless keyboard combo?

if i buy a keyboard mouse combo do i need to use the adapter if my wireless card has rf?

I think you are asking if a wifi computer needs to use the reciever supplied with a wireless mouse and keyboard.
If that'a right then yes you need the supplied reciever, it's not the same as your built in WiFi.
