It is indeed "ICICI Bank Limited".
I am not stating its history here, its earlier expansion of the letters for 'ICICI' - as they are no more relevant now.

INDUSTRIAL CREDIT AND INVESTMENT CORPORATION OF INDIA . This was the name under which a development finance institution was eastablished with an objective to provide term loan to finance projects of the indian industry. This institute promoted a bank called ICICI BANK LIMITEDin 1990s. The promoter institution and its promotee bank went though a reverse merger resulting into ICICI BANK in its present form a few years back.

When ICICI was formed, it was called "Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India". But after its merger with its own subsidiary company ICICI Bank, now "ICICI Bank" itself is the full name of the company. The company has filed its documents to the registrar of companies stating that "ICICI Bank" name will not be expanded anymore.

years ago NBFC " Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India " i.e ICICI... was owned by govt... later new bank is formed called icici bank. and all the assets n liabilities of icici - nbfc is taken over by icici bank .. its called reverse mearger.. as of today ICICI bank is the fullname of the entity.
just for ur info...e.g HDFC and HDFC banks r still operating differently..
