Several thoughts come to mind:

To have the benefit of their natural talents and tastes rewarded by society instead of ignored or thwarted - yet finding ways around that with a 'plan B' if necessary

To be able to stand up to dissenting opinion and authority without being brainwashed by it, but nonetheless having an open mind to accept it if it seems true

To be in control of one's emotions, yet unafraid to express them

To not be victimized by "users" and pushy people who always seem to think they know better than one does oneself about what's right for one's own life - yet refraining from judgmentalism and preachiness

To be contented with little things - yet striving for great ones

To be unafraid to love and reach out with communication and compassion - yet with respect for others' boundaries

Having someone to share one's life with - yet being strong enough to go it alone if necessary

To believe in a higher power than oneself to keep from getting a bloated ego
