go to a handphone shop

Most probably you are having a symbian software problem. i also came across such a situation. go to a handphone shop and tell them. You need to install the 6600 software once again. (but all your phone memory will be lost at this excercise, so make sure you keep a back up of you data, phone numbers, before that)
