it's true that they are not used to tips in bulgaria, but if you really satisfied with the service/food and it is really cheap already why not leave a tip anyway ... i promise you, you'll be treated like royalty

well depend on the places you visit:
restaurants and bars - 10% min..if its a very good one - 15% but if you are satisfited with the service.
taxi - we usually round the amount but max 10%
