How can I know the list of users logged on my college LAN ?

run >>>cmd>>>net view /all

or use NMS tool

You can use Server Manager to view who is logged into server. For Windows 2000/XP/2003 you can use Computer Management, Shared Folders, Sessions.

Of course this is under the assumption that you have these privileges.
