not possible. i'm from nigeria. as long as we have oil, we will never know accountability. our leaders just believe that it's part of their job to loot or earn favours from the dashing out of our collective wealth.
it's really a sad & bleak future that faces us all.

I think in the U.S. we have a good chance obtaining that goal if Ron Paul becomes President in 08. Other than that I don't see it happening.
