1) Good internet security, Use of limited acoount in XP for browsing, so that no one can install any harmful software

2) Empty browser cache, and browsing history as soon as the browser closes
-in IE set the browsing history to 0 days
-in Firefox Tools > options > history and cookies to zero and Keep until close firefox
3) Disable autocomplete
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

Under category Browsing
inline autocomplete is listed.
Uncheck it
press Apply
Click on Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab
Click on Autocomplete button
