Does anyone think Chris Benoit will be next Intercontinental Champion because from what I hear Chris Benoit is moving to Raw so he must be losing his US Title at Wm23...Unless Umaga Moves to Smackdown to feud with Rey Mysterio or someone.
But does anyone think WWE will give him a push and make Umaga tap out so he wins the Intercontinental Championship if not tell me who you think will be next?

I would like to see him unload on Umaga! Hell, I'd also like to see one of those record submissions (remember the Benoit v Jordan feud). Benoit is one of the best pure wrestlers in the WWE.
On another note, I agree MVP is on a list of wrestlers that deserves to be in the big time on skill and charisma:

I hope Benoit stays on Smackdown, he just tapped out (ugh) to Cena, what kind of push/response can he get now? Hopefully Carlito can get his act together, above average on the mic, real talent in the ring.

If he does go to Raw, I hope he does win the IC Title, MVP is a good wrestler no matter what people say about his gimick. I think a fued between Benoit and Carlito would be good for Raw. I think the only good wrestlers left in WWE are the ones who try for the IC, US, Cruiserweight, or even WWE Tag champs, and some and I say (SOME) ECW wrestlers are good also.

i think it will be weird to see benoit to win intercontinental championship hes the former world champion imagine hhh winning inter championship .we have to wait and see after all its just a rumour that benoit will jump to raw after wm 23
