I have an ipod nano and I am going on a long flight and would like to listen to poscasts. How do I access them from the ipod itself?

Once you've loaded the podcast onto your iPod from iTune, you should see the podcast submenu from the main menu on your screen. Select the submenu as you would with anything else and the podcast you've downloaded should be there.

You must use iTunes to subscribe to and download podcasts.

On it's own the Nano cannot access the internet!

Once installed you access podcasts from the main menu

Access them through iTunes or use a "Podcast agrigator" to get your Podcast and then import into iTunes. Internet Explorer also has an RSS button for Podcast Syndication.
