Looks like Poland is coming closer and closer to qualifying...A big 5-0 against Azerbaijan! They need to score a lot in case it comes down to golas differential with Portugal. Next up is Armenia. Oh joy! Only worried about the good teams that are up. Unlikely that Poles can beat Portugal again. But maybe a tie? Thanks for all your responses guys! Czesc!!

Csescz, Mike! Or should I say Michal? I'm not Polish, but one of my good friends is. I think Poland can make it to the final tournament,. The only "dangerous" team in their group is Portugal. Maybe Belgium, but this should not be a problem. As for Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, these shoul be six easy victories. So make he calculations and you'll see. Good luck!

By the way, how about a classic 3-0 today, against Azerbaijan?

well they have an interesting group with a few bubble teams. You have to assume that portugal will eventually win the group just because they have the most talent. Finland and Serbia will be in the race they are strong teams. Finland is yet to lose and has only given up 2 scores, plus they beat poland in the first meeting. serbia is intriguing b/c they either murder their opponent or the lose 1-0. my dark horse is belgium, even though they got whomped by portugal.

Poland is lucky b/c they have the lead but do not forget they have played 1 more match than the rest of the contenders. but if they can can beat portugal and the cupcake teams the second time around they should qualify most likely in second place though.
