Get your time machines ready.
The oldest song I remember was "Chase" a very early-techno, euro-disco song by Giorgio Moroder from a movie called "Midnight Express" back in 1978.
Other tracks I remember from that same year are "Let's All Chant" a disco track by Michael Zager Band and "Honesty" by Billy Joel.
I was like 4 or 5 years old. I have a good ear for music. That's how I remember. Most music from this time and onto the 80s sparked me into learning music.

8 Days a week by the Beatles. That was the first song I ever remember on the radio. When it was new. That's how old I am.

man, i don't know why, but i've come and looked at this question 5 times now before answering. the OLDEST song i can recall hearing ON the radio when i was a child is "The National Anthem" (US) when i was 5 and a baseball game was about to start. diqualify that if you will, but no matter how often i've read this post, i cannot discern what form of oldest you seek, but in my way of reading it, the Anthem is, indeed, the oldest song i know of played on the radio that i personally recall.

"All I wanna do when I wake up in the morning is see your eyes
Rosanna, Rosanna
I never thought that a girl like you could ever care for me, Rosanna
All I wanna do in the middle of the evening is hold you tight
Rosanna, Rosanna
I didn't know you were looking for more than I could ever be
Not quite a year since she went away, Rosanna
Now she's gone and I have to say
Meet you all the way, meet you all the way, Rosanna
Meet you all the way, meet you all the way, Rosanna yeah!"
Oh yeah!!!!!
This prob wasn't the very first but it was my very first favorite song.
