I've been to a number of Carrabbas restauarants. As far as mass-produced Italian food goes, it is pretty good. It isn't really good, nor close to great, but it is pretty good. Nothing bad about it, but I didn't go crowing to my wife about the meal. It is better than Olive Garden, but that's all I can say.
If you really want really, really good Italian, in a beautiful setting, with phenominal service, try Carmelo's on Memorial.

I've been to Carrabba's here in Florida, but not the one you're talking about. We go there occasionally and even had my son's graduation dinner there. The staff was very efficient. If you do go, try to get one of the seats up front where they cook the food. It's neat to watch them prepare everything. Something like Emeril has on his show.
