how can i measure effect of moon-light on eyes ?

which procedure i should use ? is there any alternative method to measure it .please help me

i want to measure the effect (specially harmful if any ) on eyes or other part of body .for the comparison with every state of it i want numerical data from experiment.

you can try looking at the moon through a telescope for a minute or so, then you can put a moon filter on the eyepiece and then you can view the moon without the stress, that happens to your eyes without the filter.
