1.) You need to get 8 hours of sleep.
2.) Eat better
3.) Keep a journal, take notes.
4.) Buy a digital camera
5.) Take pictures of things that you know you will missplace, like your wallet, purse, or car keys.
6.) Buy a calendar to keep track of your appointments
7.) Get a phone book to keep track of important numbers.
It works for me and I am Queen of forgetfulness.

You forgot to mention your age. Forgetfulness comes with age; but if you're still young and being bothered by it, then buy books on memory improvement.

keep a binder or folder or some kind of list with you at all times and put it somewhere you will see it every morning when you wake up.
