i need help fighting Sephy and i'm only level 65! i've heard a lot of people have beat him at that level but i can't....and me, Yuffie of all people can't kill 'em! lol

You should have high jump level 2 and a sort of double jump you acquire from the master form. Use this to dodge his sword attacks at a close range and then once he has completed his sword combo, attack him immediately using your keyblade. Magic does not work on him except for REFLECTAGA.
When he teleports and suspends you in the air, timing is of the essence, while in the air, he will teleport again, the moment he appears, use retaliating slash by pressing the Square button. Ofcourse you should check first if you have this ability. Otherwise, you're so dead.
When he throws balls of dark spheres, use reflectaga to dodge them.
Everything else is based on your ability to press the right button on the game pad. TIMING is important.

Okay, for me, Sephiroth was easy. What I did was get Sora to level 99. I increased his jump to level 3 and fought him with the Ultima Weapon. With these elements, and a bit of skill in Kingdom Hearts II, Sephiroth with dead easily.
