Somehow the structure of your question does not incite confidence. If you figure this one out you probably wont need to recruit any more "gurus"

If this writer understands correctly the significance of the question, it should be: WE NEED A CORE "BRAIN THINK TANK" TOWARD CREATING CORPORATIONS THAT LEAD IN THE WORLD
Yes! If we look at the way the most developed nation (the USA) progressed in the initial periods after the War (II), the basic "brain work" behind such successes have been THINK TANK GURUS - such as PETER DRUCKER, ALFRED P. SLOAN ... etc. While Peter Drucker was an idealist "teacher" (Guru, in the true sense), Sloan was a practical performer, who not only turned around the then ailing giant General Motors (GM), but converted the problems into opportunities and developed GM to become the largest corporation of the twentieth century. Rest is history.
The above are but two examples in the large pool of "GURUS" of modern business. But Alas! INDIA DOES NOT HAVE EITHER A MANAGEMENT PERFORMER NOR A GURU, as yet. We are so far SATISFIED WITH BEING "ALSO RAN" people, unable to find THE PATH TOWARD ORIGINALITY THAT WOULD REVOLUTIONIZE our management, within the Indian context. We do have ENTREPRENEURS (such as AMBANI, BIRLA ..etc) who have RISKED AND CREATED SOME OF THE GREATEST BUSINESSES, but India is yet to see "BRAIN THINK TANK" GURUS, who could turn around not only companies and corporates but they also could propel India to Lead in the Business world.
LET US HOPE AND WISH THAT THIS DOES HAPPEN SOONER THAN LATER

What is that big game you are up to. You look to be a optimistic person, who does not predict thorns in the path of business. If you want people "who are totally dedicated to business" in your own words, do you have the capacity to judge the persons who approach you and pick and choose from them for your needs? Somehow, I get a feeling you are dangerously adventurous.
