Never Fail Beauty Secret
Before you go to bed ,
Apply a large amount of moisturizer to your feet -
( don't worry if you cant rub it all in )
and place bed-socks over the top of your feet.
Your entire body will be nourished the next morning including your lips.
shower the next mourning and apply chapstick as normal!
Do this every 3-4 days depending on your skin type and how much moisturizer you use.

i am a girl, and i'm vain as well. I just learned from a doctor on a special television series that too much exfoliation can cause dryness. believe me, everyday i have been brushing my whole body and it gets even drier too. according to the dotor the 'dead cells' on our skin gets eliminated on its surface by simply using soap and water, and i tried that and it works (3 months already) since then. Is your face acne prone? cause mine is yes. I'm using Glycolic soap 5% from a dermatologist and it naturally but gently exfoliates skin, safe enough to unclog pores and not to cause pimples. Exfoliating effects is seen after consistent 5days of usage and total effect is observed after 3 months. But don't worry it's not irritative, it's combined with pore minimizer and toner. And if i know i have to go uner special occasions, i stop the glycolic soap for a while and use salycylic based soap, proven effective on acne prone skins, can be neutrogena soap, or clearsil pimple control soap, has germ-fighting tryclosan and glycerin, a substance that won't dry skin. after that is the St. Ive's firming mask (learned that from my derma). and if i have pimples, i have special ointments as well (magic cream/St ives, collagen elastin facial moisturizer) for scars and my own derma's acne cream). Just don't scrub your body too much. I'm now using St. Ive's collagen elastin body lotion (learned that from my spa). On your lips ONLY, because it's abrasive, try to put a little of petroleum jelly for a while and then wipe it out, or u may use vitamin e for that. I also drink lots of water (track yourself) at least 1 glass every hour to moisturize your body from within, plus 1-2 tablets of vitamin c every meal, and vitamin e or grape seed oil capsule. So there! these are just some of my beauty secrets which i shared to you, hope this will help.
P.s. Use also sunblock indoors and outdoors because if you're not effects of sun damage are visible only after 10 years, you might acquire freckles in the future. So take care of yourself alwys and pamper your self a lot without spending too much. Always seek for natural medicines also as much as possible, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I have proven that, it had stopped my acne. (eating oatmeal helps, as well as eating tomatoes, avoiding fatty foods, all kinds of in-can processed foods, fast foods).Good luck!

you didn't mention drinking water. Water is a must for everybody. if you help your internal body it should help on the outside. but use lotion after you shower so you can get moisture.
