The person who uses this email address
Return-Path:
Has been described by PAYPal as;

“Dear,

Thank you for taking the time to contact spoof@paypal.com. The email you
reported was not sent by PayPal and is a phishing (fraudulent) email.”

Could you pleas deny him the possibility of having the use of Yahoo email service.

This person bought an item on eBay for £600.00. Then send me a letter pretending that it was PayPal that was sending it and that payment had been received and the item could be posted.

You need to report to Yahoo the abuse of email service under the appropriate country the account resides and Yahoo will take appropriate action.

Yeah, turn him in. Both e-bay and paypal are very good at keeping the bad guys out and would love to hear from you. Hold on to the e-mail you received and forward it to their security departments. And, congratulations on being one of the millions of folks that have been "phished". It is just too easy to copy somebody's letterhead and make a fake site. If you catch up with him, please invite me to the flogging.
