As in, from cycle to cycle, how many days out of 28 can she get pregnant? I heard something that the number is only like 4 or something, which i think is bogus.

Well, since you can never be 100% sure when you are ovulating (or not) then if you're not using any protection the answer is, potentially, 28 out of 28.
But, if you want to be more specific, an egg stays viable for about 24 hours after it is released, and sperm can survive for about 3 days, so - about 3-4 days on the month are truly dangerous.

out of 28 days you have 28 days where you can get pregnant. Its easier to get pregnant during certain times, but thats not the only times. Also some girls don't ovulate only once in a month.

All 28 days its possible to get someone pregnant. Trust me I know, I have a 7 month old that was conceived while I was on my period.However, The most fertile days are between 11-15 days after the first day of a females last period.

it is possible to get a girl pregnant any day if she has her periods. There are certain times of the month where the risk is greater. Hope this helps:)

maybe i'm the only one who picked up on this... but why would you be wanting to get a "girl" pregnant. A woman can get pregnant during a variable period of each month her "window" could be from 3 days upwards of 7. Sorry though, I just hate when people refer to woman as "girls" and if you actually did mean a "girl" then you shouldn't be attempting to get her pregnant.
