Procrastination.
It stems from my perfectionism which leads to a lack of confidence to begin on things. I find it difficult to take the first step, as much time as I may spend thinking about what I am on the verge of doing. I am trying to get out of this bad habit by telling myself:
-To live my life a second at a time
-That everything will seem much easier after I take the first step
To everyone who has a sticky bad habit similar to mine: it works! =)

Cussing. A friend of mine always cracks up at my answering machine. She told me "I can't believe that's you, you actually finish the entire thing without saying fu*k!" :/
I can refrain from doing it in polite company but around my friends, the air probably turns blue for 20 feet around me. Not an attractive habit, and a real hard one to break.

Getting off the subject during a lecture. I can rattle on the whole 90 Min's and not get my material out. Makes me so mad when I do that.
