Why do people come on to Yahoo answers to start an online fight i dont get it?

Question

for example the yahoo user (cenafanssuckmorethenhedoes)
he is usually under the wrestling section
i have been trying to figure it out, i think he has nothing else better to do.

What do you guys think?

see what im saying guys, he knows nothing about me, he says ive been watching for a few months, and im fat.
i think i know more about me then him. I have been wacthing wrestling my whole life, and im 6"2 120lbs.

Guys isnt he lame he wont give it up, he needs to find something better to do

I have to agree with you. People come here on Y!A just to start some mess. The user you highlighted in the question has nothing better to do than shoot his mouth off at other users and pick online fights with them. You are right to say he has nothing better to do other than what I've just said. Now what you brought up in your question is just an example of a sad state of affairs in our society, including here in cyberspace. There's a complete lack of respect for others here! All of that has to stop before things get out of hand!!! By the way, you're a very nice person and I respect you for bringing this matter up. I have to show respect for others as they will do the same for me. I will only disrespect others if they do the same thing to me.

Don't worry about all the CHILDREN that hates this section of Yahoo! Answers, some people have no life and all they want to do is try to start trouble on-line, these are the same people that would probably not even look you in the eye or say the same things that they say on here because they are chicken.

Wrestling fans want to ask questions here and sometimes it's hard to do with people writing nasty things on peoples questions, yeah true you might get the same question asked 5 thousand different ways but that question needs to be answered with a straight answer not some BS that someone has to stink the site up with! basically these people start these fights because they are probably playing with their toys and doesn't have anyone to play with, so they say "Hey, I'm gonna get on-line and act like Mr. BadA** because none know who i am and there's nothing they can do about it!" so dear don't let them worry you about calling you fat and not believing your height and weight, you're a lady, these people don't need to know all of that! these are just people with no self-esteem and no life! and that's all i got to say about that!

I completely agree and feel what you're saying, people need to stop coming on here and starting fights. And you do not need to prove yourself by telling how much you weight. If anything, you are quite underweight, and it shouldn't even matter how much someone weighs or how tall they are on here, or at all for that matter. People need to stop abusing cyberspace by being rude to everyone with whom they disagree with. You seem like a nice person with sincere answers and questions and no one deserves to be treated like that by STRANGERS who DON'T KNOW YOU nor what you look like. I used to be 6'2". I'm older now and 6'1". I weigh a lot more than you do. (How much is classified.)

This guy that's harrassing you and calling you fat could have two reasons:
1) he just wants to piss you off and
