It is a bar where they have different flavors of oxygen, it causes you to get a high feeling..you cover your face with a mask and breath it in for however long they say.. then stand up and hope you dont fall down..
So yeah basicly its kinda dumb to me

It's a bar you go to to get a sniff of pure oxygen...It's got different perfumes to it! Very popular in polluted Japan!

An establishment where they sell varieties of Oxygen...for breathing..I believe they have a variety of scents. flavors...never been in one so those are just reasonable guesses
