The movie was about a boy who was diagnosed with some kind of cancer. He was very ill and had to go into hospital for chemotherapy. Throughout the movie, the boy uses his vivid imagination to make the pain of his situation and treatment more bearable. He pretends that he is a knight and his Dr. is a cruel witch.
I remember something about his father building the family a new house. And that when he went back to school after his summer holidays of being in hospital, he had to write a story about his holidays for class. Since he didn't want everyone to know he'd been sick in hospital, he got the teachers permission to write a story about his imaginary adventures of being a brave knight. The youd boy's courage during his illness touched the hearts of his family and friends, and also his doctor, whom he had always considered cold. I think that in the end te boy dies.
It's also a bit of an old movie. I think I saw it in the mid 1990's, if that helps at all. Please give me your ideas!

That was He-She Adventures 2.
It was okay, but the sound quality was kind of low...
