More or less any fruit or vegetable can be fed to a hamster except ones with small seeds or very soft fruits that they can choke on or will clog their food pouches(for example banana).
My hamster used to like slices of apple, carrot, pumpkin etc. Also, as a treat occasionally he liked a piece of grape.

Apples, melon, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach (only a little), not celery (like rabbits it gives them the runs), strawberries, pear, not onions or the like, seems to me tomatoes are to acidic, bokchoy, some like banana.
Pretty much anything thats not to acidic or like lettuce and celery (mostly water).
Just remember "too much of any one thing isn't good either"
A good varied diet of fruit veggies, nuts, grain, seeds is best!

Carrots, lettuce, cabbage, corn, tomatos(but not too many, he could get the runs and that could kill him), apples, peas.

My hampster ate nuts.bannanas.carrots.brocoli.apple.cucumber.sweetcorn and even toast.
