Yes - sort of.

The internet, however, is constructed only from electronic information......not from real matter as the universe is, so it has no momentum of its own, only that which is provided by us.

Remove man from the real universe and very little would happen. Remove man from the internet universe and it would die.

The boundaries of the internet are reaching maximum computing power, reaching maximum population, or reaching maximum boredom !

It does have boundaries: it only exists in the presence of properly configured computer hardware and software. It may be considered by some to be a "virtual universe", but it is really more like a society, a construct for reconfigured communication between people.

I agree, The Internet is like, The Book of Sand (In Greek mythology the book of sand, has the answers to all questions)
think about it, you can find answers to almost everything on the net.

I think of it similarly. Kind of a hivemind. Seems before long people will have a way to be always on-except sleeping I hope-and always available to pretty much anyone, plus everything they've ever said or done.
