But for all of these people to be eliminated it takes lots of time. Also just think about it..because of these unwanted traits there is a lower chance of the effect to keep going. They are the end of the stupidity in there blood. A problem is the fact that there are so many people in the world, that the ending of people being stupid is far from soon unless nature steps in.

think a second...if Adam and Eve were the only 2 "humans" and every single person is a direct descendant of them then that proves the bible right because of all the in-bred idiots walking around today....or evolution just needs a few thousand more years to complete the evolutionary cycle

Since when does everyone want the best looking and smartest partner? And how is "best looking" or "smartest" (or for that matter, "idiot") to be defined objectively? Regardless, as long as there are stupid people who are willing to mate with other stupid people, and are able to raise their offspring stupidly (stupidity is learned, not inherent), there will be idiots.
