When America stops being one of the stupidest countries. It doesn't really matter federaly speaing. But if your an arab then your sort of ****** over here. I don't see any other uses of racism besides that.

you're a racist when you think of questions like this. it first of all, does not matter, we all bleed red.
if people harress you cuz you're diff, they are racist. and if you defend yourself by that, you're becoming racist.
OR
when aliens invade the world, then !! by then we'll don't care about race and fight as EARTHlings.....fat chance...but it might happen
