Anything is possible. It sounds like you received the error somewhere in the on-line booking process. Most likely, your transaction did not go through.

When you book a ticket on-line they will generally send you a confirmation within a few minutes. Check your in-box and also you junk mail folder. If its not there, then call Cebu Pacific to confirm whether you have a ticket or not so you can rebook.

Also maybe check Windows Update to make sure that you have the latest security patches, and check your security software to make sure it isn't blocking the page. Most sites like this only require 128 bit encryption. Click "Help" on your browser, the "about" to see if the version you are running has the required encryption.

Was it after you typed in all the passenger names, credit card number etc? Then you get an ITNxxxxxCEB number? I've been trying to book on Cebu Pacific for the last week, with 5 different credit cards - and I keep getting that error. We phoned them up and they denied that there was a problem. You have proved that it's not just me!

When we phoned, they looked up our names and flight details and had NO record of our booking. So, you are unlikely to have been booked.

NO. There should always be a confirmation that the transaction was completed.
