how to connect windows 2003 server and one client system directly by one Public IP.?

I am having a public IP like 92.64.19.20.
Now, I want to connect this IP to a windows 2003 server in one LAN card and also connected to a client in another LAN card. Is it possible.

Well the best solution is a router but if you dont want to do that add a second eithernet card to the 2003 server and connect your client to that card using a private 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x type address. Then use the 2003 lan side address as your gateway. It is setup as a domain controller so this is just part of the setup.
