You don't want to give to much fruits and veggies, because this can produce wet tail diease and kill him.
Hamsters should be fed a well balanced diet comprising of a good quality dry hamster mix, small amounts of fruit and vegetables. Cooked potatoes, egg, meat etc. can also be fed. Hamsters are omnivores (and NOT vegetarians as some people think). As omnivores hamsters can eat quite a range of foods, and a good variety of healthy foods will keep your hamster in good health.
A Little bit will not hurt your hammy, I'd only give him the cucmber, and maybe little raddish.

I wouldn't suggest it considering they cause gas and hamsters can't pass gas....
