King George is worse. The IRS is consistent and governed by a democratically electeded government whereas King George was unpredictable and unaccountable.

Poor dougie is confusing George III with George I or II. That suggests how much he knows about eighteenth-century taxation.
As for the IRS, I think the funny thing is that after 1783 the British never taxed anyone living overseas. Hear that, American expats.

You have to understand who owns the IRS first. I would suggest doing some indepth research on it and finding out when the Federal Reserve was opened, and what they did to the country in the aftermath.

King George I couldn't even speak English.......He was German/Austrian...The I.R.S. can't use it either.
The typical "Englishman" was taxed much more heavily. by George the III, that any "Colonist". Affluent merchants and wealthy landowners did not want to be taxed at all for England's wars.

King George was just doing what he had to.

You've only got yourselves to blame for the IRS.

Looking forward to the next American Revolution !
