Of course real gases exist. The volume of any gas is infinite if it isn't put in a container. The volume of a gas is defined by the size of the container it's in, the pressure and the temperature.

i think you have your question backwards... Real gases exist, while ideal ones are a bit theoretical (although gas behavior in a near-vaccuum is close).
