The days when rock stars used the drive cars in to swimming pools, smash up hotel rooms and bite off birds heads, seems to be gone. Are our current rock stars lacking something?

Yes, unfortunately the taming in behaviour has also coincided with the sharp decline in good rock.

I can't think of too many genuine ''rock" bands today. The charts seem to be full of manufactured bands and I think this stifles creativity.
However, I can still think of a few pop stars today who manage to get into the papers for their bizarre behaviour.

Yes they lack talent, they are all just manufactured put together bands who will go down in history as forgotten.
