HELP! how do i set up my msn messenger service to see incoming web-cam images? - i got a mac?

I am on a mac without a camera yet. my friends have a pc with a cam. how do i set it up so at least i can see them?

you can't do it with msn messenger. you need yahoo messenger.

sorry but msn does not support video foe macs
