I just checked Amazon, and found out that only Season 1 is out, so this is not yet complete. However, in DVD Diesel, they are already selling the whole 7 seasons. Click on the link below to see it:

Presently only Season 1 is officially released and available on DVD and it can be found at pretty much any major retailer of DVDs. There are already plans though to release Season 2 and presumably eventually to release all of the seasons.
The complete collection can in fact be found if you do some digging at sites such as www.tvboxset.com however these are bootlegged copies of the show that would've been recorded off of TV, and as such the sites themselves are fairly questionable and you would be left with no recourse if they were to not deliver on their product.

I saw it at circuit city the other day. I do not think all of the seasons are out.

You might be able to find them in http://www.suncoast.com/ this website is all about movies, shows, and just about anything that is on TV.
