does anyone know what the meal patterns of malta are? (when is the main meal of the day eaten and what is typically eaten at each meal)

like breakfast, lunch + dinner...

Bread is typically included at each meal.

As breakfast - coffee
Lunch - ravioli made with goat's cheese with tomato sauce of capers.
Dinner - Bragjoli (meat fillet with garlic,onions,minced meat,eggs, parsley)
