i'm turingin 23 and i really wanna go to a place where they make you the star kinda. like i was thinking montanas (cuz of the horny hat) but its expensive. i want something like that but not so expensive

Benihana is always fun...and yummy or you could reserve the Popes Room @ Buca Di Beppo. Because I don't know where you live, I had to choose from good ideas that are found around the country. No matter where you end up, have an awesome birthday!

If your eating cheap then Chevy's is a great restaurant for birthdays. They give you a giant sombrero and icecream. Although if your willing to spend more then I would suggest the cheesecake factory. No one sings to you there, but with some close friends and their cheesecake you can make a great evening.

Hmmm, Im not sure what state you live in, but.... I went to Red Robin with my family, and had a great time for my 20th birthday. It was cool. And I got a free dessert!
