Are there ways to keep healthier and keep everything as a woman flowing in your body to keep your periods coming?? Like drinking certain liquids?? And how much is too much exercising so you dont miss a period??

Drinking a lot of liquids will help keep you well hydrated but if you are having problems with your period being irregular then I would recommend having that evaluated by your dr to see if a hormone imbalance (or other reasons) could be playing in to this.

drink plenty of fluids, exercise over 2 hrs a day is not good, keep your weight normal, not skinny.
