This is my first pregnancy I’m 8 weeks along. So far I've been pretty lucky, I’ve felt nauseous but I haven’t thrown up once, I’ve been really emotional and moody, really tired, slightly increased appetite, slightly sore breasts but nothing terrible.
I was wondering if there are any symptoms I may get in my second month of pregnancy or maybe in my later months of pregnancy.

I had horrible back muscle spasms at 10 weeks along with both of my pregnancies. At 16 weeks it was migraines/headaches for a few weeks.

Some other common things are, acne, swelling in hands so you can't get your rings to fit, shoes will get tight, too.

But when you feel your baby move for the first time, it will be the most incredible thing, like nothing you imagined!
With my first baby, she had hiccups throughout the pregnancy, on and off again. It was really funny and weird at the same time.

Keep a journal, then you can look back on this someday and have your memories in writing to cherish.

you are so lucky, i would pretty much say that is all you are going to get as far as pregnancy symptoms go hun, unless you start throwing up in the next few days as your sickness and tiredness start to wear off at around 10 weeks onwards. So count yourself as one of the lucky ones lol, i am 11 weeks preg and i have also not had any throwing up, just feeling sick the tiredness is horrible and i also have really sore boobs, but they are becoming more bearable now as i have reached my 11th week. Good Luck xxxx

Some spotting, weird cravings (even pica, which is rare, but it means you'd have cravings for weird stuff like dirt & laundry detergent), emotional.

Later you'll have swollen nipples, swollen labia. Toward the end you'll begin nesting, mucus plug might fall out. Then labor, etc.
