You might consider a cognitive science/cognitive psychology degree if your university offers one. At my undergraduate institution that program allowed students to do coursework in genetics/microbiology, psychology, anatomy/physiology, computer science, and philosophy (rhetoric & logic). Would seem to be up your alley.

Well it definitely sounds like you'll be in a science field. But there's no reason you have to decide right away what you want to major in. You'll have to complete some general education courses no matter what, so I'd suggest taking some biology and chemistry courses and see what tickles you. When you find something you're interested in, take another class on that topic. Before long, your course of study will be apparent to you. Good luck!

I think you should look at your major and decide what will help you get through with school. But if that is not an option, I would check into what open and sign up for any of the above that has room. Failing that Bowling, Billiards, and Ping Pong are sure choices and you always need a few DE class credits (Diversified Education). Acting for Non-Majors is always fun.

If you're not sure what major you want, try taking an intro course for each subject you like, to try to narrow your choices, and see which one or ones you are most interested in.

Get a degree in Chemistry and plan to go to medical school.

There is a field that uses almost all of those, and that would be Psychophysics. Here's a link to a wikipedia description of it. Very interesting subject, I might add... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychophysics
