I dont think its any one thing. A girl can have a nice ***, but if she has unattractive face it just won't work. So to answer your question it is a multitude of factors (body, facial features, hair, way she dresses, well kempt, nice ***, cool demeanor) that make up a hot girl.

of course she has to have a nice personality.but as far as beauty,ill say a body that wont quit,nice looking eyes,nice boobs,like a,or b cup,nice set of legs,nice hair.wow,i better quit,before i get turned on lol.
