i get drunk

I review the past couple of days and figure out what brought me down. Then I try to get some perspective on it and think of some way to feel better. A lot of what I do is self-talk but I will call a friend and discuss my concerns. I tend to be really sensitive and feel rejection easily. I have learned to put that feeling behind me so it doesn't affect my present and my future. I write in a journal and tell myself how wonderful and important I am. I don't always have a cheering section so I cheer for me. I get rid of thoughts like loneliness, guilt, not as good as, etc. These are the things I have to do to maintain my happiness and comfort. Well when my self esteem hits bottom I usually stop caring about things. I turn on music (usually Stone Temple Pilots) or try to talk to a friend. If my friends are too busy, then I blog on my myspace page and write poetry and poems all while listening to music. It usually works everything out. Usually I listen to music but on rare occasion I pop in a DVD usually a comedy or play videogames.
