The best price I have paid is $2.97 in Las Vegas. I average about the same as you in Southern CA.

Here in Indiana $2.53 a gallon for the cheap stuff.

I found a Marathon gas station selling regular gas for $2.39 in Detroit for the last month. I don't know how long it will last but normally its about $2.54.

Southern California, I can't drive yet, but I know that gas here is about the same price.

Abbotsford, Canada (outside of Vancouver) we are paying $1.03 per litre but Vancouver Canada is now $1.15 per Litre

$2.39 here in mid TN, I remember when it use to be like 87 cents a gallon and people still complained

Here in oregon I paid 2.83 per gallon, and that was the cheapest here...geez i can't beleive it is soo much!
try www.fueleconomy.gov, it will tell you the cheapest in your zipcode
